上海申格国际船务代理有限公司成立于1994年9月，由中波轮船股份公司直接投资并经交通部和对外经济贸易部联合批准成立的具有代理中外籍国际船舶资质的中外合资船舶代理公司。 公司经营范围：在上海口岸经营中外籍国际船舶代理业务：缮制单证，代签提单、运输合同、速遣滞期协议，代收代付款项；办理船舶进出港手续，联系安排引水、靠泊、装卸；报关，办理货物的托运和中转；揽货和组织客源，洽定舱位；联系水上救助，协助处理海商海事；代办船舶、船员、旅客或货物的有关事项。 公司服务宗旨：客户之上、信誉第一、保守秘密，为委托方提供安全、优质、方便、快捷的服务，维护委托方的合法权益。 公司自成立以来，业务有了长足的发展，管理更是跃上一个新台阶，1999年3月获得挪威船级社颁发的ISO9002质量保证体系证书；公司员工大都具有丰富航海经验和船代工作经验。经理人员亦都具有长驻国外工作经验，熟悉现代企业管理制度。 为满足市场和客户的需求，公司已在天津、大连、广州和青岛成立了分公司。

Founded in September of 1994, Shanghai-Gdynia International Transportation Agency Co., Ltd. is a joint venture shipping agency company invested directly by Chinese-Polish Joint Stock Shipping Company and approved by the Ministry of Communication and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation with qualification of acting as agent for both Chinese and Foreign vessels engaged on international waters. The scope of company’s activities is to render agency services to those ocean-going ships calling in the port of Shanghai, which include process of document, signing bill of lading, transportation contract and as well as protocol of demurrage and dispatch; collecting and ordering payment; arranging ship’s port clearance, pilotage, berthing, loading and discharging. The company is also capable of making cargo custom clearance, transit transportation, canvassing, booking as well as passenger reservation; contacting for marine salvage, helping in handling of maritime claims and averages as well as all kinds of matters related to ships, crews, passengers and cargoes. With the belief of “Customer’s utmost and credit the first”, the company is determined to keep secret for the Principles, provide them with safe and qualified , efficient and convenient services and uphold their rightful interests. Since it’s founding, the company has developed greatly in business and the management reached to a higher standard. In March of 1999, the ISO9002 Quality System Certificate was issued to the company by Det Norske Veritas. Most of the company’s staffs are rich in experiences of sailing on the sea and shipping agency. And the managers, all having the long time working experiences abroad, are familiar with the management of modern enterprises. In order to satisfy the needs of our customers and the market, the company has recently set up four branch offices in Tianjin, Dalian, Guangzhou and Qingdao.
